It's been a while...
Okay, so I am the world's worst about keeping up with blog posts. Between two boys and a super busy photography business, finding a couple minutes for me time is next to impossible, but alas I found those couple minutes, LOL! I thought I would share 10 random things about myself for those who don't know me.
1. I am a mother of 2 amazing boys whom I love more than any words could ever express.
2. I am a wife to an amazing man who puts up with me. Ill admit Im not the easiest person to live with, but for the past 8+ years he has stood by my side no matter how much of a pain in the butt I am. :)
3. I am a full time photographer! Yep, thats right. I made the decision to quit my work-at-home job to follow my dreams and put 110% into my business. I love being a photographer and am so blessed to be able to do what I love. When I think about the photos I have taken being on someone's wall as long as some of the photos on my parents' walls, it makes me on honored and happy girl!
4. I have ZERO patience. My clients would disagree, but you would be surprised to know I have no patience. But it is so different when I step into my studio, its like I become another person. Nothing bothers me whatsoever. Its weird, but I like it :)
5. My favorite all time movie is Disney's Beauty and the Beast. I tried to convince my husband to have a "Beauty and the Beast" themed wedding, but when I told him he would have to dress up as the beast, he ended that dream right there, LOL!
6. I am a huge nerd! I never get anything right. I am always screwing up saying or saying the wrong thing. Man, its so embarrasing, but I have learned to embrace it. :)
7. My spelling is horrible! Microsoft Word with spell checker was invented for me! Who's gonna post how many spelling mistakes I have on here, umm? LOL
8. I love seafood. Sushi, crab, lobster, shrimp... if it comes from the ocean Ill eat it! Im not allowed to eat crab legs off the buffet, because I refuse to let any meat go to waste. It can take me hours to eat crab leg, hence no buffets! :)
9. I am a worry wart! Unfortunately, I got it from my mother. You wouldn't know it by talking to me, but I am constantly worrying is this okay, did I make someone mad... Thanks mom!
10. I hate the thought of turning 30! Yes I know its only 18 months away, but I remember as a child/teen thinking how OLD 30 was. Now its just too close for comfort. Maybe Ill learn to embrace it and who knows, maybe my 30s will be 10,000 times better than my 20s? Only one way to find out :)
